"Bought 7 Fixtures from Lighting Room—Super Impressed"
Picked up seven lights from the Lighting Room folks, and honestly, they're fantastic. Ran into an issue with one of the lights, but the customer support team sorted it out right away—no stress for me. They set up a courier and swapped the light super fast. I’ll definitely shop here again, no question.

"Outstanding Support from the Team"
I bought a couple of wall lights and a ceiling fixture, all of which are fantastic. However, when I ran into some problems, the support I received from the lighting room was exceptional. They responded quickly and had a no-nonsense approach, which was just great. I would definitely recommend them, and many other businesses could take notes on how to provide excellent customer service. Thanks a bunch!

"Disappointing Support from Customer Service"
Our time with the lighting room wasn’t pleasant. It took ages for our order to show up. The support team kept giving excuses, always blaming something else and expecting us to just accept it. After a while, they stopped answering our emails altogether. I bet they’re fine when nothing goes sideways, but if there’s a problem, good luck.

"Poor customer support"
Our experience with the lighting room was not pleasant. There was a long wait for the item to arrive. The customer service was lacking, with excuses for everything that seemed to shift the blame away from them, and they eventually stopped responding to our emails. I bet they’re awesome when everything goes smoothly, but when issues arise, it’s a different story.

"Top-Notch Shopping All Around"
Super happy with my new lamps and shades—they’re just what I needed. The order process was quick: placed it on a Sunday, and if I’d been in, they would’ve arrived by Tuesday, but I ended up getting them the following day. Everything was packed up really well, so nothing got damaged, and the prices were fair too. Honestly, I’d totally suggest the Lighting Room to anyone, and if I could, I’d give them a ten out of ten.
